Job Description:

We require an Administrative Assistant who will be an integral team member providing a full range of confidential administrative functions to other members of the team and provide support for other administrative staff.

Monday - Friday, Hours to be discussed.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to clients and other members of the team. Carry out the duties with the minimum of supervision, maintaining confidentiality of information and using discretion when addressing sensitive issues;

Maintains effect communications and relationships with staff at all levels, internal and external to the company;

Responsible for preparation of reports, conducting and typing basic interviews, dictation, reception duties;

Using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs;

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience; • Excellent oral and written communication skills complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills with a pleasant telephone manner; • A high level of discretion and confidentiality is required; • Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure; • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills; • Proactive and customer-oriented attitude; strong customer focus towards both external clients and internal employees at all levels; • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); • Excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to work well independently; • A "can do" attitude; • Accuracy and efficiency are vital; • Must be able to type a minimum of 60 WPM; • Fluency in French would be an asset.

Additional Comments:

Knowledge:

Excellent knowledge of clerical procedures, computer systems and software. Marketing and/or sales expirience would be an asset.
