Fourth Class Steam Engineer
This is an entry level position. As a Fourth Class Steam Engineer you will be expected to learn and qualify as an ammonia compression refrigeration system operator. As a condition of employment, Fourth Class Steam Engineers will be required to obtain Third Class certification within a mutually agreed upon time interval. This position reports to the Chief Steam Engineer.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Interprovincial Fourth Class Certificate of Competency
•
Previous process or refrigeration operating experience desirable
•
Troubleshooting and analytical skills
•
Basic knowledge of computers
•
Good oral and written communication skills
•
Ability to use PLC based process controls
•
Work rotating shifts
Rate of Pay: $23.10 - $24.60 hour
