Third Class Steam Engineer
As a Third Class Steam Engineer you will be a member of a team that produces and distributes plant utilities, high pressure steam and operates the ammonia compression refrigeration system as required for our facility to operate efficiently and ensure the integrity of our stored products. This position reports to the Chief Steam Engineer.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
•
Interprovincial Third Class Certificate of Competency
•Versed in Ammonia refrigeration systems
•Troubleshooting and analytical skills
•Basic knowledge of computers
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Ability to use PLC based process controls
•Work rotating shifts
Rate of Pay: $27.60 - $29.60 hour
