We are currently seeking full time Service Advisors at our North Edmonton location. Responsibilities include interacting with customers, generating and closing work orders for truck service. Tracking and reviewing service orders to ensure the timely completion of work orders. The successful candidate will be detail orientated and customer driven with effective verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience with ADP and a working knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts/repair is an asset. Previous service advisor experience is required
